This is far from a comprehensive site and it certainly doesn't stretch the boundries of reform in what it recommends but it offers time-tested advice and is a welcome addition and will facilitate better corporate governance, especially in new firms...and it's free. Tulane University certificate in Corporate Governance Virtual Chancery Court is a law school course designed to provide students with insights into the judicial decision making process and the substantive law governing battles for control of corporations. The title of the course alludes to the Delaware Court of Chancery, which is widely regarded as the nation's premier court on matters of corporate law. The course has been developed by Professor D. Gordon Smith of Lewis & Clark Law School and Professor Lawrence A. Hamermesh of Widener University School of Law (Delaware Campus), both of whom are Delaware lawyers. UCLA Anderson School of Management is hosting the Director Training and Certification Program. Designed for executives, and officers of private and public companies, the program covers every aspect of being a successful corporate director, including SEC regulations, FASB considerations, NYSE rules, and current best practices in corporate governance.
